Rule

1.Application Period: From 00:00 on May 27th (Monday) to 23:59 on June 2nd (Sunday).
2.The list of approved residents will be announced on June 3rd (Monday). After 12:00 on June 4th (Tuesday), approved residents can download the payment document from the Winter/Summer Dormitory Application website (Personal Application Inquiry-Winter/Summer Dormitory Application-My Records) and complete the payment before 16:00 on June 11th (Tuesday).
3.You can pay for the accommodation. The payment can be paid via payment platform, Taiwan Pay, web atm, convenience store. Also, you can pay in CYCU cashiers section. No matter how long your accommodation is, asking for refund is not accepted as you have paid. 
4.Please fill in your commonly used email and phone number so that the manager can successfully contact you.
5.Please do not pay if you would like to cancel your accommodation after applying. In this case, the system will automatically cancel your accommodation. You do not have to inform the dormitory manager in person. 
6.Applicants for summer accommodation must apply online. Filling out the roommate pairing form does not complete the application.

I.Application & Payment:
1. Application time: From 2024.05.27 (Mon) 00:00 to 2024.06.02 (Sun) 23:59
2. The approved list will be announced on 2024.06.03 (Mon) 12:00.
3. Payment: The payment should be done by 2024.06.04 (Tue) 16:00.
4. Please visit the summer/winter accommodation website (Route: My application-Summer/Winter accommodation application-My record) to download the bill of payment. No matter how long your accommodation take, the payment cannot be refund after you pay the accommodation fee.

II. Options and Accommodation fee
1. There are three options for your summer accommodation: 1. Live in the dorm from 6/24 to 8/1. 2. Live in the dorm from 7/29 to 8/26. 3. Live in the dorm from 6/24 to 8/26.
2. The air conditioner fee (NT. 1,500) is included in the accommodation fee. The air conditioning fee is based on the actual usage. The overcharge will be returned, and the payment of the shortage is demanded. Xin Shi Dormitory includes the water heater electricity fee, it is charged at NT. 3.1 per kWh with a 10% discount, and the other dormitories are charged at NT. 3.5 per kWh.

III.Notice
1. Please fill in the roommate list when you apply the summer accommodation. You can revise your list before the end of application. (Route: summer/winter accommodation application- My record).
2. It may cause inconvenient during the summer accommodation due to the implementation of cleaning, disinfection, equipment maintenance and repairs in accordance with the epidemic prevention measures or the schedule of the dormitory. Please take these into consideration before you apply and cooperate with relevant regulations for accommodation issues.
3.All adjustment will be handled according to the latest announcement.
